Tambu Ayis Support Service (TASS) Well-being Workshop Program (currently funded by The National Lottery Community Fund) is designed to empower African and Caribbean women in our community. Our holistic approach addresses various facets of health and wellness, providing tools for personal growth and empowerment.

About the Program

Our Well-being Workshop Program consists of ten engaging sessions, each focusing on well-being, personal development, and cultural empowerment. These sessions aim to create a safe space for learning, sharing, and building a supportive community.
