I have learnt a lot about futsal over the last year or so! I have been part of Night owls who play in the London Futsal league in North Finchley. Although our time in the league has been tough due to various factors. Being captain has made me feel more confident, I struggle with anxiety and being involved with the club has made me be better at being talkative and getting out of my shell and speaking to new people including other teams. I prefer futsal over football especially as a keeper because I have more freedom in the sense I can use my feet , come out my box compared to 5 a side. Outfielders in futsal get more touches of the ball compared to 11 a side football. Although it’s been tough couple of years for the team, I’m looking forward to the future, we have lots of things planned moving forward… I’m grateful to Boysi , Billy and Ezekiel and the rest of the team for their input.
Clinton Ellis has playing underground futsal since 2017, the former ex- Professional footballer made a transformation into the world of futsal well after retirement, continuing to develop tatical understanding by broadening his managment skills with aims to attain his agent licence in 2025
