I have learnt a lot about futsal over the last year or so! I have been part of Night owls who play in the London Futsal league in North Finchley. Although our time in the league has been tough due to various factors. Being captain has made me feel more confident, I struggle with anxiety and being involved with the club has made me be better at being talkative and getting out of my shell and speaking to new people including other teams. I prefer futsal over football especially as a keeper because I have more freedom in the sense I can use my feet , come out my box compared to 5 a side. Outfielders in futsal get more touches of the ball compared to 11 a side football. Although it’s been tough couple of years for the team, I’m looking forward to the future, we have lots of things planned moving forward… I’m grateful to Boysi , Billy and Ezekiel and the rest of the team for their input.

I have been with Night Owls for a few years and the development of the club and myself has been incredible!

This was my first futsal experience and having come from a football background, I learned that it is a completely different game.

The fast-paced action, decision-making and tight-control is what makes playing futsal very enjoyable.

What started out as playing just for fun, turned into a competitive environment through the London Futsal League.

The club has risen from lingering at the bottom of the table to fighting for the league title!

The club is constantly expanding with regular training sessions and participating in tournaments.

My development, IQ, and love of the game have benefited as a result.

Clinton is an Experience representative, for young players earning their way in Modern football and futsal game Clinton was a former ex- professional at Bristol rovers in the year 2000/2001 season, an apprentice at Chelsea football club in the early 90s, also played in (France, tourcoing fc) and local team Willesden Constantine, under , manger Larry Bascoe).

Clinton also has played underground futsal before attaining a level one futsal badge.

I'm Josh. I love futsal and football. and have been playing football since a very young age and later started playing futsal.

Also a qualified coach.and very excited to see where we can go as team.

I’ve been at Nightowls Futsal Club since early 2025. Nightowls provides a platform to learn and enjoy playing futsal, encouraging teamwork, self-expression, and freedom. Training under a very experienced coach like Clinton elevated my performance. It helped me become a key player for Greenwich Futsal Club, where we gained promotion into the National Futsal Series Tier 2. I value the community at Nightowls and the expression it offers me, drawing me back week in and week out.
