The 2.4ha site is located outside the border of Tilstock. It is currently used as agricultural / grazing land. The proposal is for a 2 stage application process the first stage being the development of approximately 60 dwellings and the second stage being a proposed care home facility (not to be developed by Boningale but another development company to be found). The scheme propose a range of homes with a policy compliant 10% of the homes being designated as affordable housing. A biodiversity net gain is intended to be agreed through an off-site contribution.
No applications have been submitted to Shropshire Council as yet; this website and associated Facebook Group has been set-up for those who want to be kept updated on future plans.
