• We advocate for social care, benefits and advise our members on their rights as disabled people .
• We challenge and work together with Co production Team in Newham and attend their quarterly meetings.
• We celebrate Disabled History month in December  
• We celebrate Christmas and all other festivals 
• We take our group to outings several times a year.

Our Co-Chairs are Christine who is totally blind and supports people, elderly ,blind and visually impaired and Sarifa, who is disabled with high mobility needs. 

Satwinder supports the group, she is a support worker and secretary. 

Between us we are able to speak 4 languages. This helps with the diverse people who attend our group around the language barriers.
