The Annual Garden Show is open to growers, makers and bakers based in Caithness and Sutherland.
Rules of entry to the Show:
- Exhibits may be staged from 7 pm to 8 pm on Friday and from 9 am to 11 am on Saturday.
- All items in Sections 1, 2 and 3 must have been grown by the exhibitor for at least three months before the date of the Show.
- Competitors must not exhibit more than one entry in each class.
- The Novice Class is open to competitors who have not previously been placed in the Floral Arrangement Section nor placed first in the Novice Class.
- In the Floral Arrangement Section each exhibit must fit within an area of not more than 4 square feet.
- Competition labels are available on the day of the Show in the hall or can be downloaded ahead of time. They must be filled in and securely attached to each exhibit. Labels not correctly completed may lead to the entry being disqualified.
- The Committee shall not be responsible for any damage done to vases, stands or pots, etc., of competitors or for the loss of these.
