Angling is allowed for members through an annual membership. The membership runs from 16th June each year. The lake has a limited membership. Application for membership for the 2025/26 season is now closed and will reopen for the 2026/27 season in spring 2026.
Members of the armed forces must have a valid annual membership permit to fish the lake.

Day tickets can be purchased from Woodstock Stores,Frimley Rd, Ash Vale, Aldershot GU12 5PP, not far from the lake. These currently cost £7. Day tickets must be purchased prior to fishing for the water adjacent to the Road Bank only and only cover fishing from dawn to dusk.
