Projected Digital Image (PDI) Rules
1. All images to be saved in the following format:
- Colour space - sRGB
- File format - jpeg saved at its finest setting
- Name file as “image name - photographer name” i.e. Pink Rose - Dick Barton
Please note: there is a space either side of the hyphen
- Image size - maximum 1600 pixels wide or 1200 pixels high.
Please note: Portrait images are a maximum of 1200 pixels high
2. Two PDIs maximum per member, per competition.
3. Images should be sent to the PDI secretary (Tim Stott, photo.madps@gmail.com ) no later than the Friday prior to the day of competition (see Programme for dates).

Print Rules
1. Prints should be mounted 50 cm x 40 cm and backed irrespective of print size
2. Stickers will be supplied to be placed on top left-hand corner of the print when viewed from the back. Please write titles in BLOCK CAPITALS.
3. Three prints maximum per member, per competition.
4. Image titles and and a digital copy of the image should be sent to the print secretary (Jill Sullivan, jillsullivan@doctors.org.uk) no later than the Friday prior to the day of competition (see Programme for dates).

Individual images may only be used once for Club competitions either as a print or PDI.
