This is intended to use the actual colour blue in the photo. This may be in the form of the main subject or perhaps taken during' Blue Hour'. It may include shots that have a blue tint e.g. under water or mono tinted blue to perhaps convey cold or other impression. It is not to include 'feeling blue' or sad.
