Neighbourhood Plan 'Made'
The Neighbourhood Plan was made by Maldon District Council at a Council meeting held 31st March 2022 in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended). The policies in the Plan can now be given full weight when assessing planning applications that affect land covered by the Plan. See link below:

(Referendum Version is the same as the 'Made Plan')
Section 5: Monitoring and Review (5.3) Applicants submitting plans in Langford and Ulting will be expected to demonstrate in their applications how they conform to the Neighbourhood Plan policies.
