For referrals to the Larch club please see the Larch tab. For the Eco-op day service please contact the Kingston Eco-op Operations Manager to check availability and charges for attendance. We can discuss support needs and answer any queries regarding our service and the referral process and informal visits to the project can also be arranged.
Referrals will normally need to be completed by a health or care professional and funding for a place must be agreed before the person can start attending their chosen activities. After the initial referral is received a trial day will be offered and if the person likes Eco-op we ask for some further forms to be completed and a Service level Agreement to be drafted prior to the start date being agreed.
