Saturday 7th May - Paths and "scrapes"

This weekend

We’ll be continuing to cut back brambles from paths again this week, trying to keep them all passable through the summer…

And it would be great to make another “scrape” from a cleared bramble area.

And after a little rain last week, we can plant a few more wildflower re-introductions (carefully grown from local cuttings and seed)

Of course, we’ll be picking up litter too!

WHERE: Meet at the Goalpost behind David Lloyd – as usual

WHEN: 10am Saturday 7th May

WHO: Everyone (but children accompanied, as always please)

WHAT: If you have loppers, , secateurs, battery hedge trimmer or strimmer, these would all be helpful. We’ll provide litter-pickers and bags, and as many other tools as Art can carry.

As always, we are all coming as individuals, so please be careful, and be aware that we are all volunteering at our own risk, and good gloves and footwear are important.
