Flying up from Brownies in Girlguiding, are Guides age 10 - 14. Guides, a time of change for girls and Guides love to get creative, get comfy, go camping and challenge themselves. It might be navigating their way on a chippy hike, sleeping in a tent for the first time, learning leadership skills, creating and crafting as well as just listening to music with their Guiding friends whilst making friendship bracelets. This stage of their Girlguiding adventure allows them to delve further into the range of themes in the programme and discover more about themselves and the world around them.
Most importantly at this age, Guides is a relaxed, welcoming space where they can have fun, learn new skills and be themselves in a safe environment whilst earning lots of badges along the way! From Food Critic to Engineering, there's plenty of badge choices to suit all our Guides!
