As part of Devon partnership NHS Trust’s response to your Freedom of Information request, we have seen a continuation of a pattern of the repeat request coming in around the same time every year to the trust. The breadth of these request are very broad totalling 74 questions across multiple departments, which may be construed to be part of a campaign to disrupt the organisation. We will consider any future request in line with the ICO guidance on vexatious request as per section 14 of the act.

Devon Partnership NHS Trust use the Mini ACE A, B, and C. These assessments are conducted at baseline and then after every 4 treatments until treatment is completed. They are conducted at the 4, 8 and 12 week follow up. We also conduct the CPRS every treatment.
19.Have MRI or CT scans been used before and after ECT?
MRI and CT scans are only requested as would be clinically indicated they are required.
