About Us

Inwood Park  underwent a renovation in 2019, thanks to the funding from the London Marathon Trust. The park now features a Trim Trail, a series of outdoor exercise stations that are suitable for all ages and abilities. The park also boasts landscaped views of the surrounding area, rejuvenated woodland copses that provide habitats for various birds and insects, and a rich history dating back to 1902, when it opened as Hounslow Recreation Ground, the first of its kind in the area.

It is the perfect place to relax and wander whatever the weather. The park offers play features for toddlers to teenagers, such as swings, slides, climbing frames, and a zip wire. There is also a table tennis table and a large pitch area for team sports such as football, cricket, and rugby. The park also hosts regular community events such as festivals, fairs, and workshops. The park has  all-ability cycle training sessions that are run by qualified instructors.
