Andrew Wilson is joint director of the London College of Garden Design and is widely acknowledged as one of the UK’s leading garden design lecturers. He has been at the forefront of garden design teaching in the UK and overseas, for over 20 years and now teaches exclusively at LCGD at Kew. Based in Surrey, England he is an award winning garden and landscape designer and of the McWilliam Studio based in Chiswick, working both nationally and internationally.   He is a former RHS show gardens judge, a past Chairman and a Fellow of the Society of Garden Designers.

Andrew is also an author and writer with 11 books to his name including the No 1 Bestseller RHS Small Garden Handbook, Contemporary Colour in the Garden, Influential Gardeners, The Book of Garden Plans and the Book of Plans for Small Gardens. He is also the founding editor of The Garden Design Journal. His work with the Studio also features in many books and publications.
