IN MY PURPOSES CIC

In My Purpose CIC is a London-based organisation dedicated to empowering young people and families through innovative emotional intelligence programmes, workshops, and community support initiatives. Alongside delivering structured courses for young people, parents, and professionals, we run food drives and provide essential resources to directly support those facing food insecurity.

We combine trauma-informed approaches with creativity and technology to extend our reach, break down barriers, and help remove the stigma surrounding mental health. Our work creates safe, inclusive spaces where individuals can build confidence, develop resilience, and gain the life skills needed to thrive.

By bridging the gap between communities, education, and families, we provide both practical support and long-term development, helping to create stronger, healthier, and more connected communities across London.
