Postcards were a useful and popular way of sending messages to friends and family. If you knew when the collections and deliveries were you could be fairly certain of when the recipient would receive your 'PC', and you might even receive an answer the same day! An attempt has been made to put these cards in the order of their creation. This is fairly easy with the Fred Spalding cards as most of them are numbered. Other cards will be fitted in where they seem most likely to fit.
