Next, our best show? - Victoria Wood meets Pavarotti

Our Village History exhibition was a privilege to put together and just a beginning. There is so much more to explore. We are very fortunate to have had some ‘old Eatonians’ doing so much for the village and others willing to share their memories. We created a poster of notable past ‘volunteers’ for the exhibition. These memories and other records provide a way for the rest of us to glimpse and celebrate lives and times that have disappeared or are slipping away. Although many irreplaceable village characters are no longer with us we can help them live on in our village archives, now safely packed away until next time. Our one place study continues. It’s not mine it’s our village’s. What do you want to add?
