Hi DUGs,

A couple of important things before I start:
3F Group performance: Tuesday, 28th May
They need to know numbers (We get tea and cakes!)
Please let me know ASAP if you will be there.

Falkirk Ukulele Festival:  Sunday 30th June
NOTE: CHANGE OF DATE!
More on this below.

I would like to thank Tom Cairney, David Bright, Sally Young and Alison Irvine for coming along to the Callander Arthritis Care Group Performance. The five of us put on a good show and I have received excellent feedback from the group.

We have quite a busy time ahead of us. I know not everybody can get to all our performances, particularly the daytime ones (some folk have to work for a living... Imagine???), but, if you can make it, please come along - they really are good fun.

Our next performance is on Friday this week:
Dunblane Dementia Group - Friday, 24th May, 1.30pm, Braeport Centre, Dunblane.
If you can make it, it would be helpful if you let me know, but if you just turn up, that will be fine too.

Our biggest, and most important performance will be on Tuesday evening, next week
3F Group - Tuesday, 28th May, 7pm, Briarlands Farm, Blair Drummond
As I said, they need to know our numbers, so if you can make it, please let me know ASAP, thanks.

Scottish Ukulele Festival

PLEASE NOTE: CHANGE OF DATE!
The Ukulele Festival in Falkirk will now be on Sunday, 30th June.
This is a full day event (10.30am - 8.30pm). But you do not need to attend for the full day.
We will be one of the groups performing in the afternoon (30 minutes - about 8/9 songs)
The cost for the day will be £7.50 - but for those taking part in the Group Performances, there will be a £2.50 rebate.
There's lots going on - full details (including ticket sales) can be found on the Ukey Hooky website.

Doune Gala

Gala Day this year will be on Saturday, 22nd June.
Last year, we had our gazebo on the field, playing a few songs, and chatting to folk about the DUGs.
I'd like to do this again this year.
It's a great day out - save the date!
Full details can be found on the Gala's Facebook Page.

Playlist

As this will be our last meeting before our 3F performance, we will practice the full setlist.
The first dozen or so songs will also be the setlist for the Dunblane Dementia performance.
