Hi DUGs,
Only three more Wednesdays before BraveUke, so we'll be concentrating on that again this week.
I think (hope) we have finalised all the songs now, so I have been busy updating the song sheets and the web site with all the changes.
Updated website
All the notes, tips, and latest recordings have all been updated.
If you are preforming at BraveUke, or intend to perform with us at the Doune Music Night on 16th May, please take some time to look through these.

Song sheets
The song sheets for the BraveUke set have also been updated. We will be using these for the BraveUke rehearsal on Wednesday, 6.30-7-30.

Festival programme and Songbook
Full details of the Festival can be found on the BraveUke website.
The 2026 Songbook can be downloaded there. Even if you are not attending, the songbook is worth a look. Lots of great ukulele songs to play with.
You will see the DUGs will be opening the Saturday Night Show at 7pm.
Upcoming Events
Doune Music Night
Doune Primary School, Saturday 16 May 2026 - 17:30 to 20.30
Fund-raising event for the Doune and Deanston Youth Project.
We will be playing the same setlist as BravUke
As well as supporting a valuable local project, this will be a good showcase for the group.
More details on performance time, etc. to follow.
Randolph Hill Care Home
Sunday 21 June 2026 - 14:30 to 16:00
This is on a Sunday, and it is Fathers' Day, so that may limit the number of our members who can participate.
However, Randolph Hill Care Home have an awkward shaped lounge and wouldn’t be able to accommodate a very large group, probably around maximum of 5 performers.
We will sort out who can play nearer the time.
