Doune Ukulele Group

Teith Fest is a new initiative being brought to the village of Doune near Stirling. The initiative aims to bring renowned music acts to the village and is sponsored by Doune Gala Committee and supported by Stirling Pride.

As part of the Teith Fest initiative, Doune Ukulele Group is hosting an ‘Introduction to the Ukulele’ session.

Ready to make music? The ukulele is one of the easiest instruments for beginners to pick up—and with just a few simple chords, you could be playing your first song in minutes. No previous musical experience or ability needed!

It’s a fun, affordable way to discover music, boost your wellbeing and develop fine motor skills—all while enjoying the simple pleasure of making music together.

Come along, meet new people and enjoy making music in a relaxed, friendly setting. You can even borrow an instrument for the session—so just bring yourself and your enthusiasm!

The event is free, but places must be booked in advance. Tickets are available at: https://www.tickettailor.com/events/teithfest/2457397
