Christmas Eve Tractor Run 2025
Engines and fairy lights at the ready for this years Christmas Eve Tractor Run raising funds for Candlelighters and Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.
£20 per tractor & £10 per passenger – Tickets must be bought in advance!
You can start to arrive at the yard from 2pm and all vehicles attending must be parked up on the yard by 3:15pm, this allows for members of the public to look around before we set off. Along with food & drinks onsite before we set off from the yard prompt at 4pm.
On arrival you will need to have your tickets ready to be scanned & will receive a window disc along with food vouchers (FREE with sign up) this will be done at the gate when you arrive please display your disc in you vehicle windows.
- Passengers over the age of 13 years can travel in the cab where there is a road legal seat.
- Once we have set off from the yard no drivers or passengers should exit a vehicle unless in the event of an emergency.
- No cars or trailers will be permitted on the run.
- All drivers should have a full UK driving licence (Please bring this with you on the day).
- All vehicles must be fully road legal and insured to participate in the run.
- Drivers must obey all road signs, traffic lights and roundabouts throughout the route, following the highway code at all times.
- No driver should be on their mobile phone whilst participating in the run.
- We have two quite zones on this year’s run please don’t sound any horns throughout these points:
Zone 1: Bellhome Sports Ground - Deanhead Summit
Zone 2: Asda Express Mytholmroyd – Falling Royd Hebden Bridge
Participants who do not follow the above rules will be held responsible for their own actions. Failure to comply with the above could lead to bans in future tractor runs with us.
The Christmas Eve Tractor Run accepts no responsibility for those participating in the run, and drivers and passengers do so at their own risk!
