Join us at our monthly social get togethers:

Just pop along and join the chat or just be silently with us for support. You can find details of all our planned events on the Whats On page. Please note some small commumity events may be numbers limited and free-ticketed, you can check this & find links to them on the Whats On page too. All events are free to attend and please let us know if you need assistance with transport.

Join us at our Committee Meetings:

These are usually the second Sunday of each month with extra meetings leading up to PRIDE. Anyone is free to pop in - though obviously we need an idea of numbers for any catering or room size arrangements. The date, time & venue of next meetings will always be found in the What’s On page. If you are not a committee member, you can still ask for a point of businees to be raised on your behalf by emailing our secretry, Fiona at Butelgbt@gmail.com using the subject heading "Committee Business"

Join the Committee:

If you would like to be part of the committee that organises events & activities, makes policy decisions and liaises with the community then simply come along to a meeting and offer your services, or email our secretry Fiona at butelgbt@gmail.com using the subject heading "Committee Member" (more info to follow about the committee)

Volunteer with us:

Everyone involved with ButeLGBTQ+ & Bute Pride is a volunteer.

As people come and go with the changes in their lives, we are constantly welcoming new volunteers to help with a range of situations.

Possible volunteer roles may include: Setting up venues for meetings or events; being a committee member; decorating venues for Pride events; welcoming people at the doors; being a guide within events; manning a stall for a short time; being a parade marshal; etc
