2. Approval of Notes from meeting held 16th November 2025: approved.
3. Matters arising from the last minutes: None.
4. Chairperson’s report – Emma Hamilton-Russell read her Chairperson’s report, and be viewed here...
5. Treasurer’s report – Laura Little read the Treasurer’s report prepared by Antonia Crawshay, and can be viewed here…..
6. Approval of financial statements – the financial statements to 31st March were approved by the CMMC.
7. Resignation of committee members – Jenny Kenson and Emma Hamilton-Russell resigned in line with the constitution.
8. Election of committee members – Jenn Kenson and Emma Hamilton Russell rejoined the committee.
The following positions were elected:
a. Chairperson – Emma Hamilton Russell b. Secretary – Laura Little
c. Treasurer - Antonia Crawshay
9. Fundraising events were discussed:
a. Plant sale and coffee morning scheduled for Saturday 23rd May 2026.
b. Dog walk planned for March 2026
c. Village hall band night with bar proposed for the Autumn.
