Our speaker was just 11 when an accident changed his life dramatically.
He went on to appear on " This is your Life", to head an international company, to change rules for the disabled in international motor racing, to be awarded an MBE for service to Disability Sport.
We want you to hear how he coped with challenges in life and business with determination and a sense of humour.
