Unless you are active on Facebook, you may not be aware that a petition is currently being circulated calling for the removal of Remus as the Management Agent.
The Coate (Badbury Park) Residents Working Group does not usually respond to Facebook discussions; however, due to the importance of this matter, we feel it is necessary to ensure that all residents are aware of the issues involved.

Hi Sam,
Firstly, well done for taking the initiative to start a petition regarding Remus as the Management Agent, it’s good to see residents engaging and expressing their views.
That said, it’s important to clarify the current position so everyone has accurate information before deciding whether to support the petition. As things stand, the Management Company has not yet been transferred to the property owners. Because of this, residents do not currently have the authority to appoint or remove the Management Agent.
With that in mind, could you please explain how the proposed removal of Remus would work in practice under the current ownership structure of the Management Company?
Having clarity on this point will help ensure the discussion and any actions taken are based on the correct process and legal position.
This isn’t about discouraging free speech or resident involvement, but about making sure we’re all working from the right information.
