Planning applications are viewed by the Parish Council for comment before being assessed by Uttlesford  District Council's Planning Department.

Applications are discussed during the  Parish Council Meeting held every two months, or where the deadline falls outside of the time scale for these meetings, after circulation to all Councllors.

Comments are then sent to UDC Planning department.

If you are the applicant please contact the Clerk immediately if you would like to address the Parish Council on you application.  

If you would like to comment on an application you can do so via the Uttlesford website and/or you can address the Parish Council on your concerns or otherwise.

The Clerk holds copies of current andrecent applications and these are available to view by arrangement.

Please note that the timescale for comments is very short.
