Freedom of Information Act 2000
Requests for information should be made in writing to the Parish Clerk. Every effort will be made to supply the information within the statutory time limit.
The Parish Clerk will supply the information and/or refer to where the information is already published.
If the information is not held or available the Parish Clerk will reply accordingly.
If the information is exempt or prohibited from disclosure in law the Parish Clerk will reply to that effect.
The Parish Council reserves the right to make a charge for providing the information.
A record of requests is kept.
