Aythorpe Roding Parish Council consists of 6 Councillors who are elected every 4 years. In 2023 there was no election as the number candidates equalled the number of vacancies.
There are currently no committees within the Council, and any query or question from a parishioner or parishioners can be passed on to any Councillor or the Clerk.
No anonymous correspondence will be dealt with but the Clerk will keep contact details confidential as far as possible.
Decisions can only be made at a Parish Council Meeting on agenda items. The Chairman and/or individual Councillors have no authority to act independently of the Parish Council.
