Other Matters
KCA members may bring in home made food, groceries, books or any items to sell to other members at KCA’s activity location, provided the selling party adheres to the following rules.
- The selling person/party must notify and has obtained the permission from KCA Committee Officers Mrs Macille To or Mr Clinton Choi at least 24 hours before the proposed sale takes place.
- The selling person/party must provide a valid copy of Food Hygiene Certificate to above KCA Committee Officers for selling food.
- The selling person/party must donate 10% of the takings from the event or £2 minimum whichever is the higher to KCA if the sale is in Searchlight Centre.
- The selling person/party must donate 10% of the taking from the event or £20 minimum whichever is the higher to KCA if the sale is in another venue such as Tolworth Girls School.
