Wrangle.

Wrangle is a parish in the Wapentake of Skirbeck and parts of Holland.

The Church, an ancient structure, is dedicated to St. Peter & St. Paul. The living is a vicarage in the incumbancy of the Rev. T.B. Wright.

A small bequest, left by the Rev. T. Allenson, is applied to the instruction of a few poor children.

In this parish Agriculture is the prevailing occupation of the inhabitants.

According to the return of 1831 the population of the village is 1030.

The Post Master is Matthew Bontoft.
