I teach a weekly Hatha Yoga class every Thursday from 6.15pm to 7.15pm.
 
All levels are welcome and all equipment is provided.
 
I also hold a monthly Yoga Nidra on the third Thursday of every month from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
