Dear WAA members
The WAA AGM will be held on Friday, 1st September at the Wembury War Memorial Village Hall, Knighton Room, 19:00 start. If there are any topics you wish to have included on the agenda for discussion at the AGM, please let me have these by Sunday, 27th August.
At the time of writing, the current Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Plot Steward are all willing to remain in their roles for a further period. However, if you have nominations (and seconds) for other persons to take on these roles, please let me know and I will ensure they are included in the vote. I will issue the formal agenda, associated papers and details of any nominations / seconds on Monday, 28th August.
It is rumoured that there may be cake, so feel free to bring your own liquid refreshment.
