Hampshire Library Service is launching its first ever Green and Thrifty Fortnight this month (10-24 February), with lots of free climate-friendly events designed to help people save money.
The daffodils think spring is on its way...!
As part of our Green & Thrifty fortnight, we'll be running a Seed Swap! Bring along your green fingers and seed donations. See what lovely gardens we can create together
