It is an opportunity for all the clubs, charities, social groups, societies, lunch clubs, community groups, support groups etc. to ‘set up stall’ in Hythe Village Centre to promote their activities to the community. Hythe is rich in support and things to do but many people are still not aware of all that’s available, hopefully, this will bring in new members as well as volunteers and even sponsors. Hythe of Activity was refreshed last year and returned to the High St where it began. Along with the presentation of the Community Spirit Awards, it inadvertently became one of the social highlights. Visitors commented on their astonishment at how much went on in Hythe & Dibden and the attendees had a successful recruitment and networking day.
