Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the tea preparation area.
• Manage inventory of tea leaves, herbs, and related supplies, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
• Educate customers on tea varieties, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques when requested.
• Monitor brewing equipment and maintain it in excellent working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
• Keep detailed records of daily tea preparation, sales, and waste management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Tea Maker, Barista, or similar role preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of tea varieties, blends, and brewing methods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting.
