Our Trustee Board

Voluntary Action in Arun and Chichester (VAAC) is governed by its board of trustees who set the 
strategy and key policies of the charity.

The board meets quarterly and provides leadership, strategic direction and accountability.
  
The Trustee board consists of between 5 and 15 trustees who are appointed at a general meeting 
of the charity and the Trustees may appoint up to 5 trustees between each AGM.  A balance 
between trustees who work for member organisations and those that do not is sought. 

The board appoints two sub-committees to support its work: CHECK MEETINGS
