Terlings Park Management Company was set up in 2016 and one of its responsibilities is to manage the green space and woodland.
In October 2021, the final transfer of the green space was completed meaning that TPMC own the title to these areas as part of the original s106 planning conditions associated with Terlings Park.
Our vision is to "To work with residents and the local community to create a park that promotes health, biodiversity and manages our woodland and heritage for future generations".
Despite the green space here being public open space, it is maintained by residents who pay a service charge to the management company which covers grounds maintenance, arboriculture and maintaing the play area amongst other things.
We are hoping to install interpretation panels to help site users in 2026 (subject to planning approval).
