Tendring Village Hall is a registered charity run and managed by an enthusiastic group of volunteers.
The Hall was built in 1842 and was originally the village primary school. It is now a community asset that is available for hire by the public for hosting a wide range of recreational, social and commercial functions and activities for up to 120 people.
The Hall stands in a rural location in the centre of the village. It is well maintained and fully heated and facilities include disabled access, a reception area, the main hall, a large fully equipped kitchen for catering, new toilets including a disabled toilet and a large car park at the rear of the building for approximately 50 cars.
