We are proud to be providing outreach work to the Somali community in and around the Stonebridge area. Our goal is to offer support, advice, and information in various areas such as health services, welfare benefits, housing services, education and employment.
We aim to create a healthy and vibrant Somali community integrated into British society as active social and economic participants. We also seek to promote a culture that values all individuals and communities, particularly the Somali community.
Our main objective is to get the voice of the Somali community heard in the area, promote community cohesion, and reduce the isolation of Somali people. SSC has been, and continues to be, a key partner for organisations and bodies seeking to establish facts and understanding of the Somali community
