TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING AND TEMPORARY 30MPH SPEED RESTRICTION

In order to permit Carriageway Widening works on the above section of road I recommend that a temporary traffic regulation order be prepared. It is to be effective from the 17th February 2025 for a period of seven weeks.
The order will temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving, parking and loading and temporarily promote a 30mph speed restriction on the C408 Stewart Tower, Bankfoot from its junction with the A9(T) (307263, 735120) to its junction with private access to property known as Stewart Tower Farm Cottages (308978, 736162), a distance of 2.052 kilometres or thereby.
Pedestrian & emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
