New fence and levelling of the outside

New fence installed down the left hand side and rear of the hall by volunteers Clive, Simon and Councillor Richard Cerson. thanks go to Essex and Suffolk Water who donated 63 tons of soil to level the side. Also thanks to Chandlers Building supplies who donated 6 tons of top soil.
