Thank you to all those who came and supported South Hanningfield Summer Garden Party on Saturday, 22nd August. It was a wonderful afternoon of live music from Craig and Cameron with Amy as special guest. Thank you to Craig, Cameron and Amy for their support. The weather was just right and we were able to hold it outside in the field beside the hall thanks to the landowner’s kind permission. Thank you to our great food and drink stalls, Beck and Call, Prim and Proper, Nicky’s Soft Ices and Brewsual drinks vendor who kept us fed and watered. Thank you to all those who donated prizes for our great Raffle including Beauvoir Arms, Folly Bistro, The Old Windmill, Tesco Basildon, Cook shops and Perrywood Buckhatch Garden Centre. We raised an amazing fundraising sum, £1,500. which will go to the upkeep of the village hall.
