We had a very informative AGM meeting last night filling everyone in with what's been going on with our wonderful Village Hall over the past 18 very difficult months.
Our old committee stepped down, sadly Val and Pauline have decided to retire from the hall and as many of you may know Roger retired earlier this year also. After many years of all being involved with the Village Hall. We thanked then for their service and wish them well.
Welcome to the new committee.
Clive Vallis is now Chairperson.
Debbie Owers has been re-elected as our Treasurer.
Sandra Graves as bookings secretary.
We have a vacancy for Committee Secretary which will include upkeep of the information held by the charities commission they will also be responsible for the charity’s admin, compliance, preparing meeting agendas in conjunction with the chairperson and taking minutes of meetings.
Our first event is this Saturday 10th July from 10.am to show our updates off to the community i.e new kitchen toilets etc...also take notes of ideas on how you would like us to make your Village Hall once again the hub of community. !!
