Relevant Partners ('RP') is a team of accomplished professionals dedicated to driving social change. We are passionate about supporting the needs of young people, families and the wider community to enhance social cohesion and raise aspirations in all areas. Our expertise spans legal consultancy, human resources, journalism, and community engagement.
- Legal & Media Expertise: An award-winning ISDA Derivatives Legal Consultant with over 10 years of experience at top-tier investment banks; worked as a freelance journalist for New Nation newspaper, and as a former junior researcher for ITV's The Richard Littlejohn Show.
- Human Resources & Community Advocacy: An exceptional HR specialist with extensive experience and an accomplished author dedicated to supporting individuals and organisations.
- Social Worker with over 30 years senior-level experience in assessing needs, developing support plans, and advocating for clients' well-being and safety.
- Consultants a team of accomplished and highly experienced consultants specialising in various areas, including project management, operations, counsellors, and specialist community public health nurse.

WHY NOW?
Global events such as Brexit, COVID-19, and the death of George Floyd, highlighted deep-rooted disparities in health, education, housing, immigration, employment, the justice system, and economic opportunities. These challenges, long embedded in our society, demand attention and action.
In response, RP believes in the strong need for fostering progressive thinking and partnerships amongst frontline community organisations, leaders, and agencies to achieve positive outcomes for young people and their families.

We established a working group with the Brent Metropolitan Police to address various community issues and explore potential solutions. In 2023, we delivered a presentation to over 250 officers about the history of the black community within Brent and police relations. Additionally, we are members of the Brent Police Independent Advisory Group ('BIAG'). Our role within this group is to ensure that the voices of the community are heard, while monitoring, observing, and scrutinising policing practices that may impact the wider community.
