Below is our real-time bookings calendar. It currently shows all the bookings for that month. You can toggle the arrows to show later months. You can switch the view to weekly, today or to list view in agenda.
If you wish to make a provisional booking then simply click on the + button and this will take you through to our Hallmaster booking system. Please note that the minimum length of booking is 60 mins. You can book a minium of 7 days in advance. If you have an urgent booking then contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Once on the Hallmaster booking page for the Oxshott Community Hub, you can either set up an account or simply enquire or provisionally book as a guest. We will then send you an email confirming the details of the provisional booking, the total cost and any required extras (e.g. 4 tables and 20 chairs).
Once we have received your confirmation of the booking, we will send you an invoice for payment either by BACS, credit or debit card.
