Shropshire Council have now released the report into traffic issues at the Gaskell Arms Junction, with some covering comments. Here is the link to the report, with comments from Shropshire Council below:

- The report was written in March 2024. Therefore some of the information within the report is no longer relevant and due to the passing of time, is no longer accurate.
- As the information relates to land matters, we have considered your request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR). Some information has been redacted from the documents.
- Personal information has been removed from the document as it is exempt from disclosure under Regulation 12(3) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. The information would be classed as the personal information of a third party and we do not have consent to disclose it to you.
- Information considered to be Confidential due to its commercial or industrial sensitivity has been removed from the document under Regulation 12(5)(e) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. Having considered the request, we feel it would not be in the public interest to release this information because disclosure of this information may prejudice the commercial interests of the Council in our ability to negotiate favourable rates in the future.
