Kathryn MacDonald and Pete Moser present a slide show with music and song that tells the story of this extraordinary community music charity. These images represent the breadth of the work of More Music - one for each of the last thirty years. Faces, places, groups, individuals, instruments and performances. Over the last 30 years More Music has documented the work with the best local photographers including Johnny Bean, Phil Keen, Ginny Koppenhol, Lucy Lamb, Darren Andrews, Graham Wynne and Robin Zahler. Come and see how they have captured moments of magic and then hear the songs and music that were behind the images. The musicmaking involves people of all ages and backgrounds, celebrates diversity and community and More Music have been a key organisation in the revitalisation of this seaside community. Kathryn MacDonald is the Director of More Music and has fascinating stories to tell about the changes she has witnessed in Morecambe over the past 30 years. Pete Moser is a musician and performer and was the founder of the charity and will be playing accordion, trumpet and guitar.
