Working in Partnership
This is key to achieving outcomes for women. Together, in collaboration with partners, we will identify and address the issues and factors which contribute to offending behaviour. With warmth, humour, positive energy and an enormous amount of collective experience, we will nurture and encourage women to make good choices to live, grow and succeed for themselves, for their families and for their communities (free to participants)
A space where girls and women can meet and talk, build trust and relationships and learn about themselves and others. Starting with relationships is central to Liberty Springboard. We believe positive relationships are the basis of trust and the foundation for change.
What might start with a single cup of coffee, we know, can lead to cascading support and individual transformation. A warm meal and a friend to truly hear can link to engagement with addiction support, help with parenting and positive relationship choices elsewhere
Working one-on-one, in groups and using family support, programmes are coproduced and driven by the needs, ambitions and abilities of the girls and women concerned.
Goals
Our goals are to help participants address the barriers and factors that contribute to their reoffending. We at Liberty Springboard recognise the importance of affirmation and encouragement and will seek practical ways to empower women, as they are vital components to growth, progression, and success.
Community-based support for women living in Croydon and surrounding boroughs.
