Our vision is for a new system of justice that addresses the root causes of female offending by delivering a service within communities through a network of women’s centres available to every woman who requires support in facing numerous and complex challenges. 

Our longer-term aspiration is to build a network of peer-mentors and volunteers within Liberty Springboard, offering women the opportunity to ‘be the change’ they have worked hard to uphold and provide a priceless service in preventing other women from the struggles they may be faced with. This can work alongside local and national government initiatives to boost employability, and importantly supporting women into a life with meaning and purpose.
